1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time, but we are working on expanding our shipping services for future orders.


2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next-day delivery for orders placed before 12 PM EST (depending on availability and location).

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, product availability, and the destination.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your shipping address, and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over a certain amount (check the checkout page for eligibility).
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For all other orders, a flat rate will be applied to your order, depending on the shipping method chosen.

4. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow the progress of your shipment.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the shipping carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).

6. Delivery Issues

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes). If your package is delayed, please refer to the tracking information provided or contact the shipping carrier for updates.

If you believe your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.


7. Shipping to PO Boxes

We can ship to PO boxes, but please note that some shipping methods may not be available for PO Box addresses. If your order is shipped to a PO Box, you may only be able to select Standard Shipping as the delivery option.


8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., due to incorrect address information or unclaimed delivery), we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping orders that were returned.


9. Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address for an order, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the address.


10. Holidays and Special Events

During holidays, promotions, or sales events, shipping times may be longer due to high order volumes. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time for delivery during these periods.
